A snail mail club is a monthly subscription where you receive beautifully curated letters and paper goods through the post, rather than digitally.

In our snail mail club, each envelope is prepared with intention and care - offering gentle reminders, reflections and creative prints rooted in Islamic themes, femininity and grace. It is an invitation to slow down, reflect and reconnect with faith away from screens.

Think of it as a small monthly ritual: something meaningful to open, read and keep - a quiet joy delivered to your door 📜💌

This club is open to anyone who feels drawn to a slower, more intentional way of living.

It is for those who are inspired by faith - whether you are deeply practising, gently reconnecting, or simply curious and reflective. It is for those who long to be more present, who cherish moments away from screens, and who find comfort in quiet rituals.

If you are creative at heart, appreciate art and beauty, enjoy thoughtful words, and value meaningful experiences over constant noise, this space is for you.

Each month’s mail is thoughtfully curated and will vary according to the theme.

Every envelope includes one beautifully written newsletter, written by me, centred around a particular topic or reflection. Alongside this, you can expect approximately 2–4 additional paper items, carefully chosen to complement the month’s theme and create a meaningful, tactile experience.

The exact contents may change from month to month, but each mailing is designed to feel intentional, gentle, and special - something to read, reflect upon, and keep.

Yes!

We have limited archival releases which you can purchase from our Archive Shop if you have missed a month.

This is not part of the subscription.

Yes! We are delighted to send our snail mail around the world.

Shipping charges vary depending on your location, and these will be calculated at checkout.

Letters are posted in advance to arrive around the 1st of the month.

International delivery times vary, but all letters are sent as early as possible to reach you near the start of the month!

If you join by the monthly cutoff, you’ll receive the next month’s letter.

If you join after the cutoff, your first letter will be the following month.

The cutoff is the 15th of each month.

For example:

• Join January 15 → receive the February letter
• Join after January 18 → receive the March letter

Each piece of snail mail is carefully prepared and thoughtfully sent, which means delivery times can vary depending on location and postal services.

Delays can happen for a variety of reasons, including:

• Local postal service schedules
• Customs processing for international mail
• Holidays or seasonal busy periods

We truly appreciate your patience and hope the wait makes receiving your letter feel even more like a special, intentional moment when it arrives. 🌸✉️

You’re charged once per month on the date that you signed up, and each payment covers one upcoming letter.

You’re never charged for a letter you won’t receive.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. We want this club to feel gentle and supportive - you are free to stay for as long or as little as it serves you.

• If you cancel before the monthly cutoff, you will not be charged for the next letter.
• If you cancel after the cutoff, you will still receive the letter you have already paid for.

We don't issue any returns on this product.

To cancel, simply log into your customer account on our website and manage your subscription there. You can access this through the “Manage Subscription” or account link in your confirmation or renewal emails.

If you ever have difficulty accessing your account or need assistance, you are always welcome to reach out and we will be happy to help 🤍

As each monthly mail is thoughtfully prepared and sent specifically for that month, we’re unable to offer returns or refunds once an order has been placed.

If at any point the club no longer feels right for you, you are always welcome to cancel your subscription to stop future mailings.
